About the event
The Canadian Women Entrepreneur Industry Gala (CWEgala) is a unique social industry experience that helps women from all backgrounds and experiences to access more social capital and connections across the Canadian business ecosystem. It connects successful women in business, agencies, influencers, aspiring entrepreneurs, creators and media in one place to take groundbreaking action to advance women forward.
While women have historically been underrepresented in the high-growth start-up space, the number of new women-founded start-ups valued at more than US$1 billion (“unicorns”) in Canada has almost doubled since 2019. Let’s keep that climbing.
